As a coach, my job is to help you move forward and achieve specific goals, so we won't spend time talking about your mother unless she's the immediate problem; we're not going to dwell on your past because you've already spent enough time there.
I combine my pattern recognition skills with compassion and cognitive-behavioral neuro-coaching to help you find and change the patterns in your communication style that are bringing you pain or frustration. You can read more about me and my background here.
I’m going to show you how neuronal and biological responses in your interactions keep you stuck living out an old story, conversation after conversation. But, I'll also show you how to change that by rewiring your brain to short-circuit them. Understanding these processes in yourself and others and knowing how to master them will dramatically change your day-to-day interactions with absolutely everyone.
Spend 30 minutes with me. We'll spend time talking about you and your goals during this session and getting to know one another.
I'll explain my methods and how sessions work. We'll discuss my fees and I'll answer any questions you have.
You'll probably know by the end of our conversation if I'm the coach you're looking for, and we'll both know if we're a good fit. If you're not ready, there's no need to feel pressure to decide or make any commitments during this conversation; you can always get back to me. There are many great coaches out there, so I encourage you to interview coaches until you feel that you've found the perfect fit.

Our thoughts and emotions affect our conversations. Anxieties, emotions, perceptions, and limiting beliefs can disrupt our conversations and connections by inducing the production of neurotransmitters such as cortisol, norepinephrine, and adrenaline that aren't helpful in most everyday situations.
These are great chemicals if you need to run from a bear or take other life-saving measures, but, in excess, they interrupt our executive function.
Pressure or stress may cause you to freeze, shut down, want to get away, feel defensive, or not know what to say - among other things.
Fortunately, evidence-based neuro-coaching can help you rewire your brain and change the conversational rut you may be stuck in.

Some of our communication issues arise because of cultural differences. Every region (and sub-region) in the United States and other nations, every corporation, school, friend group, family, club, and other group has its own distinct culture.
Effective communication includes being able to navigate different cultures sensitively.
